From Impression to First Listen

Building an AAW custom takes approximately two to four weeks from the day we receive your impressions. Here is the journey, step by step — quiet, considered, and never rushed.

Your physical impressions arrive at our lab and are 3D-scanned into our modeling software within one business day. We confirm receipt by email so you know exactly where your build stands.

A technician models the shell around your driver layout, ensuring optimal internal volume and precise nozzle alignment. If you have chosen custom artwork, it is laid out and prepared for printing.

Shell body and faceplate are printed in medical-grade acrylic. Support material is removed by hand and surfaces are polished to a smooth, bio-compatible finish ready for assembly.
