How it is done?

1. Place your order on our website.
2. Get your ear impressions taken.
3. Send the impressions to us, either physically or digitally.
4. Once received, manufacturing begins.
5. We ship your custom in-ear monitors (CIEMs) to you upon completion.`
   

Taking Ear Impressions

We strongly advise the use of professionally certified audiologist to perform the ear impression taking service. Please refer to our imprisoning guide and if possible, bring a printout to better instruct your audiologist.

Ear impression service is also available at our showroom at SGD$50. It usually takes 10-20 minutes. Have your ears cleared before coming for better result.

Send Your Ear Impressions Physically or Digitally

Once ear impressions are done, ship them with your order confirmation and adequate protection container to us so we can start manufacturing your monitors. We can be reached at:
