We ship worldwide at a flat rate via FedEx. Free local pickup is available at our Singapore showroom. Every order is packed with care and shipped with full tracking.

International Shipping
We ship at a flat rate for all IEM orders. The amount will appear before you check out. Every international shipment includes full tracking and is handled by our courier partner.
FedEx
FedEx typically takes 2–4 working days to reach most destinations. However, these are estimated time-frames provided by FedEx; actual delivery may vary according to the destination country. Tracking is provided the moment your package leaves Singapore.

Important
Tax & Custom
We are NOT liable for any tax charges incurred at the custom of the destination country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about potential charges.
We are also NOT liable for any tax charges incurred at Singapore custom if the customer has declared a high value for their repairs, ear impressions, and reshell sent to us. We usually prepay the tax and contact the customer for subsequent tax payment. Declare all repairs, ear impressions, and reshell under US$200 when sending to us from overseas. Contact us if you have any doubts.
Policy
Returns
14-Day Window
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since confirmation of delivery (based on tracking information), unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and Custom In-Ear Monitors cannot be returned. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you still haven’t received it, reach out to us at support@aaw.me.
Sale Items & Gifts
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded. If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@aaw.me and send your item to the address below.
Return Shipping Cost
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. We recommend using our prepaid FedEx return shipping label for safety and the lowest cost.
Shipping Insurance
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
