Design Story
Orchid color. Flagship weight.
Mokara takes its name from a hybrid orchid: saturated, unsubtle, built to stand out. The faceplate carries that same energy: deep purple resin, real opal fragments, and a hand-inlaid floral emblem that catches red, gold, and green depending on the light.
The shell does real acoustic work underneath. A 3D-printed chamber manages airflow for 18 drivers. A CNC-machined aluminum mid-case locks the connector area and gives the shell its weight and rigidity. The faceplate is poured and cured by hand, then cleared and polished. Nothing about the construction is incidental.
The tuning follows the same logic: big, controlled, and detailed enough to reward close listening.
Exploded View
Seven layers, one shell
Faceplate. Balanced armatures. Electrostatic modules. Acoustic chamber. Aluminum mid-case. Transparent shell. Nozzle. The cross-section shows how much is packed into a shell you can actually wear.
Transducer Architecture
Eighteen drivers. Seven bands. One crossover that keeps them honest.
Most multi-driver monitors run into the same problem: more drivers, more phase mess. Mokara's 7-way passive crossover splits the signal cleanly so each group of drivers only handles what it's good at. The result is a presentation that's wide and layered without smearing.

Sub-bass foundation. Physical weight that you feel before you think about it.
The transition from impact to warmth, split across two bands so neither bleeds into the other.
Vocals sit here. Instruments sit here. The bands are separated so neither competes.
Upper treble presence and detail retrieval without glare.
The EST quad handles air, shimmer, and the spatial information that sits above where most drivers give up. This is what Mokara sounds like at the very top end.
Sandwich Hybrid Enclosure
Printed acoustics, machined metal, hand-poured resin
At the foundation is a precision 3D-printed acoustic chamber for complex airflow and resonance control. Around it sits a CNC-machined aluminum mid-case that reinforces the connector area and gives the shell its sculpted metallic profile.
The faceplate is poured and polished by hand, revealing purple gradients and opal fire under a clear lacquer surface. The result is both technical architecture and jewelry-like finish.
Opal Infused Faceplate
An orchid in resin
Every Mokara faceplate is cast individually. Opal fragments go in before the pour sets, and no two settle the same way. Tilt it toward the light and the surface moves from deep violet to scattered gold, orange, and green. Straight on, it reads like a gemstone. At an angle, it looks like it is on fire.
Botanical Identity
The illustration is doing work
Mokara's packaging artwork, with orchids, curling leaves, and warm botanical color, is not decoration for decoration's sake. It gives the technical sections somewhere to breathe and reminds you what you are actually holding: something that took months to design and minutes to love.

FAQ
What to know before you order
What makes Mokara different from an all-BA monitor?
The four electrostatic super tweeters. BA drivers have a ceiling: somewhere in the upper treble, detail retrieval and spatial air start to thin out. EST drivers do not have that ceiling. Mokara's hybrid topology means the top end is genuinely extended, not just technically specified that way.
What is the driver configuration?
4 woofers, 2 bass, 2 mid-bass, 2 mid, 2 mid-high, 2 high, and 4 electrostatic drivers. Each group runs through its own band in the 7-way passive crossover.
What is the enclosure made from?
3D-printed acoustic chamber, CNC-machined aluminum mid-case, hand-poured and polished resin faceplate. The aluminum reinforces the connector area and gives the shell structural rigidity that a full-resin shell would not have.
What comes in the box?
Mokara, Null Audio Epsilon+ cable with 4.4mm balanced termination, LiquidMorph ear tips with full tray, AAW carrying case, cleaning cloth, accessory selection, and a two-year limited warranty card.
